Youth Enviormental Conservation Summit

Recently, our club has been working with other high schoolers from throughout the Willamette Valley to organize a Youth Environmental Summit, which will take place on April 15th 2023 from 1–5pm at the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. 

The goal of the Summit–titled “Reconnecting with Roots”–is to bring youth together to have important discussions about the environment, hear from people who work in environmental fields, get out in nature and, most importantly, inspire our youth!

 We plan to have many different activities for people to participate in at the Summit, including: nature walks, booths featuring a variety of exhibitors and organizations, and talks from guest speakers!
